THE SKIRT HAS BEEN LIFTED . . .

When we saw this image this evening, Rhonda kept sensing something in the Spirit. “It’s as if this depicts the ‘sealing’ of the decision by the leadership of this nation as they publicly stand contrary to God’s Word and ways . . . This ‘House’ as gone from ‘white’ (symbolizing purity) to an ‘unacceptable mixture’ which is the basic concept of abominable . . . ‘mixing’ that which should not be mixed in the eyes of God . . .Rhonda sensed the Lord impressing, just as this image goes global for all the world to see, the ‘white’ has been lifted as in Nahum 3:5 – “Behold, I am against you,” declares the LORD of hosts; “And I will lift up your skirts over your face, And show to the nations your nakedness And to the kingdoms your disgrace.” (Nah 3:5) . Hopefully and prayerfully the rest of Nahum 3 will NOT come to pass for us . . .

Sad day for this nation and the ‘ten righteous in the city’ . . .

The Supreme Court rules same-sex marriage is legal and protected by the 14 Amendment in all 50 states . . . ‘and NOW the end begins’ . . .

The Vatican signs treaty recognizing ‘the palestinian state’  . . .

“Father God in Heaven – In Yeshua’s Name we refuse in the strongest possible terms this dark covering that has been pronounced over this nation and us as citizens by this earthly and worldly court. We rebuke this judgment in Yeshua’s Name and lay no claim to it and do not allow it or the spirit from which it comes to lay any claim on us and ours. We are children of Your Kingdom and You are our King and we refuse anything spoken over us that contradicts Your Word or defies Your Sovereignty. And we declare this openly and unashamedly in Yeshua’s Name – Amen !!”

This passage rings more truly today than ever . . . ‘ For YHWH says ‘stand at the crossroads and look and seek the ancient paths where the ‘Good Way’ is and walk in it and you will find rest for your souls . . . But the people said ‘We will NOT’ .

Did You Hear What They Said ?

Did You Hear What They Said ?

For those convinced anything other than Hebrew words and Names are somehow deficient or ‘less holy’, we would invite you to take a moment with us and read the following passage carefully . . .

“”And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans? 8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born? 9 Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia, 10 Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes, 11 Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God. (Act 2:7-11)
Pay close attention to these two phrases – “how hear we every man in our own tongue” and “we do hear them speak in our tongues”.
Did we all catch that ? Each of these, from ALL these different regions and language groups, heard what was being said, each in their own language and dialect. It does not say ‘each of them heard and understood the Hebrew words and names’. Okay, Jerry & Rhonda, what are you saying ? Is the Hebrew not important ? Sure it is, but we have somehow elevated it way beyond what it should be.
God made the languages. Sure, the languages came about due to the disobedience of the people (which is the reason God has done most everything) but God is the One that gave them. And we will submit to you God has placed within each of those languages and dialects a ‘Set-Apart Name’ BY which and ON which the people may call that are within that respective group.
So if you spoke Carpathian, you heard the Words being proclaimed in Carpathian, and, within those Words, a Set-part Name for the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and the Promised Messiah. If you were a Mede, you would hear the Words proclaimed in the tongue of the Medes, and, within those Words, a Set-apart Name on which you could call upon the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and the Promised Messiah. And this would be the same for each individual and group present. There is nothing in the text to support the belief that these ‘foreigners’ each suddenly began to comprehend Hebrew. Actually, the text supports just the opposite. ‘For each heard in their own tongue’. Abba set the boundaries for the nations, gave them the languages and then left them without a Set-Apart Name within that language on which they would call upon Him ? They all had to learn Hebrew before they could call on Messiah ? Nada . . .
So maybe, just maybe, the next time we want to demean or denigrate someone for not using Hebrew or for using those ‘pagan greek and english and latin words’ . . . maybe we can go back and look at The Word and remember what actually took place and What the Word Says . . . and remember . . . God will ALWAYS meet us where we are in order to bring us where we need to be.
So for all us ‘pagan english’ speakers out here, “Sabbath Peace and Blessings to you and yours in Jesus Name – Amen” . . . And for all the rest – Shabbat Shalom U’Vrachot B’Shem Yeshua HaMashiach . . . and ‘להיזהר בלשון הרעה’.

So What’s the Word Say ? June 17th, 2015

“This week we take a lesson from ‘The Woman at The Well’ to show, just as Abba had a level of expectation for those coming into His Land that did not claim His Name, Abba also has a level of expectation for those IN His House that claim His Name . . . and then we take a quick glimpse at a misapplication of Scripture which has cropped up a few times this past week . . . ‘depart from Me you workers of iniquity’ . . . just to whom was Yeshua speaking ?  Shalom – ”

So Whats The Word Say

” Messiah Yeshua came in the flesh the first time to begin the process of ‘the restoration of ALL things’.
So what does that mean? What is the ‘restoration of all things’? What and who is being restored?
And who and what is the ‘fullness of the gentiles’? We talk about this and how it applies to believers in these ‘last days’ as well as answer some questions from last week’s session. Shalom & Blessings – J&R “

‘Kosher’ and ‘Clean’ . . . what’s the difference ?

‘Kosher’ is one of those terms like ‘eternal security’. Using either term evokes emotion and fervor kinda like throwing one bone out in the middle of a pack of hungry hounds. And most of us assume everyone else has the same interpretation or definition of a term as we do . . . but that ain’t necessarily so.
Kosher is a word that carries many meanings, depending on the group by which it is being used. The word itself – kashar in the Hebrew (kaf, sheen, raysh) – is defined as ‘proper or fitting’ and appears for the first time in Scripture in the book of Esther (8:5) and has to do with protocol in the presence of the King . . . now that’ll preach . . .
Although you could make a case for ‘eating according to Biblical directives’ is, by definition, ‘proper and fitting’ or ‘kosher’, that is not the normal usage of the word today nor is it the word used in Scripture to describe what to eat and what not to eat. The terms used in Scripture are ‘clean and unclean’ and the reason given? . . . ‘to be holy as I Am Holy, saith the Lord’.
‘Food’, by Biblical definition, is that which is ‘clean unto you’ and therefore is proper and fitting to eat. Here, the word ‘kosher’ would be appropriate. And the opposite is also true, that which is ‘unclean’ is NOT food and therefore is NOT to be eaten.
Rhonda and I, when asked if we eat ‘kosher’, reply in the negative, which catches some folks off guard. ‘So you DO eat pork’ they reply. And our answer? No . . . Now they are REALLY confused.
But we must remember ‘Kosher’ is a relative term depending on the perception, understanding and usage of the individual or group to whom you are relating. There are multiple ‘Kosher Certification Groups’, each tied to a different sect of Judaism and each with a differing interpretation. Some even allow the use of pork or pork by-products and, due to a manufacturing process (voila!), declare to be ‘Kosher’ that which the Bible says is ‘unclean’ and not to be consumed.
So what is ‘Kosher’? . . . Kosher is understanding proper protocol as we endeavor to come into the presence of and enjoy a relationship with Our King. And we cannot come into His presence if we are ‘unclean’. We are not commanded per-say to teach the people the difference between kosher and non-kosher for those terms are relative and subjective. We are commanded to ‘teach the people the difference between clean and unclean, between the Holy and the profane. These principles and concepts are NOT subject to interpretation but rather are clear, precise and plainly laid out in Scripture. We tend to complicate things . . . Abba does not . . . . Any questions ? Everything kosher ?  Shalom

So What’s The Word Say? June 4, 2015

‘The Woman At The Well’ in John 4, like most Scripture, has prophetic significance
beyond what we were taught in our ‘biblical upbringing’. In this week’s session, we look
at the prophetic end-time significance of this passage which is the fulfillment of judgement
and restoration promised all the way back in the book of Hosea. Included is a picture of Ezekiel’s
two sticks, Paul’s wild and natural branches and the concept that the restoration of ALL things
has been in process for roughly the last 2,000 years and connects dots from Genesis to Revelation.’

Just a Thought or two . . .

If a hebrew man ‘sells’ himself to you, he can serve you six years and we will set him free at the beginning of the 7th year . . . he must only serve you 6 years. The Jubilee is announced at Yom Kippur at the end of the 49th year and the beginning of the 50th year. if there is a pattern and precedent in this, then it would seem to reason the sabbatical or 7th year would begin at the end of the 6th year and the debt would be erased at the beginning of that sabbatical year. if that is the case ( and it seems to be the pattern in Scripture) then Sept 2001 and Sept 2008 were the beginnings of each respective sabbatical year and not the end. That would place the BEGINNING of the next sabbatical year in the fall of 2015 instead of this fall being the end of a sabbatical year. That would make 2015-2016 the next sabbatical year . . . now let’s talk about Jubilee. In our thinking (we know that can be a scary concept for some smile emoticon ) the closest thing to a Jubilee we have seen in the last 100 years would have been 1917 (Balfour Declaration) and 1967 (Israel takes back Jerusalem and other promised territory). IF . . . IF . . . . IF . . . 1917 and 1967 were Jubilees then the pattern would layout for the fall of 2016 going into 2017 as the next Jubilee, which would make 2015-2016 not only a Sabbath year but also the 49th year and then 2016-2017 would be a Jubilee. By the way – the 50th year is also the first year of the next 7 year cycle. Now . . . IF . . . IF . . .what if 2016-2017 is a 50th year and the first year of the next 7 year cycle . . . could that next cycle be Daniel’s 70th week, a 7-year period ending at Sukkot ( Zech 14) with the return of Messiah and the beginning of the Millennium ? And if we count back 42 months from Sukkot we wind up at Passover . . . and if we count back another 42 months we are at Sukkot and the Fall Feasts . . . The last days DID begin at Messiah’s coming (Acts 2) and His earthly ministry time WAS the culmination of the ages ( Hebrews 9:26) . . . ? just a thought . . .worship image 7
