UPDATE – A few days back, Rhonda posted a video concerning an AOG (Assembly of God) pastor leading his congregation into an understanding and obedience to Torah, under the Headship of Messiah, in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. We are excited to announce that the pastor in the video – Scott Hillman, along with his wife Jennifer – will be with us here in the KY Backwood on Thursday Oct 20th, for a time of ministry and teaching. If you have ever desired to know more about the ‘infilling’ or ‘baptism of the Holy Spirit’ and the necessary combination and balance between ‘the power of The Spirit and Truth of The Word’, then this might just be your opportunity. Not only will they be teaching on this proper balance, but there will also be a time of ministry and prayer, of ‘laying on of hands’ to receive the Holy Spirit and whatever Abba has for us that evening. Not only have we invited Pastor Scott and Jennifer to be with us (along with Dr. Monzo and Craig Caudill) but more importantly, we have invited the Spirit of YHVH to be present and move mightily in our midst throughout the 8 days of assembly. This week we conclude the ‘KOSHER vs Clean and Unclean’ discussion, not in an effort to offend, but rather, to clarify and define Truth and tradition . . . hopefully this ‘good for food’ offering will be satisfying and filling . . . Shalom

Kosher or ‘Clean and Unclean’ ? – Proper Protocol in the Presence of The King . . . Kosher, by Biblical definition is that which is ‘proper and fitting’, and by Biblical usage and context, refers to proper Protocol in the Presence of The King. But in today’s vernacular, the term has become not only subjective, but as varied in it’s perceived meanings as the ones who use it. So, ‘kosher’ or ‘clean and unclean’ . . . What’s The Word Say? Part 1 Shalom –

“I have said these things to you (says Messiah) that in Me you may find your Shalom. in this world you will have tribulation, but take courage, for I have overcome the world.
I can do all things through Messiah, Who pours His strength (dunamis – dynamite) into me . . . for Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world . . .

Shabbat Shalom from our place on the firing line to you and yours . . .

Psalm 92  ‘A Song for the Sabbath’
